Polaris is EIB's intranet application focusing on capital management. This project's objective was to develop a planning, simulating and monitoring tool to measure the impact of additional operations on the Risk Appetite Framework to manage effectively, steer the business and set strategic communications orientations.
PROBLEM
Polaris is a functional environment from a business perspective but lacks intuitiveness and usability from the user experience perspective.
Users are not convinced to move from old-school Excel sheets to the Polaris environment.
